The authority layer
for operational AI.
Our thesis: as AI gains the ability to act, enterprises need reusable infrastructure for policy, human authority and evidence.
Investment thesis
From AI capability to governed execution.
- The problem
- Policies, approvals and risk controls are often disconnected from the software making decisions. Teams repeatedly rebuild controls around individual applications.
- Why now
- The move from generating answers to using tools and changing business systems makes authority an operational concern. Governance must be applied where action occurs.
- The product
- Govern structures policy; Operationalise applies it; Assure connects decisions to evidence. Each module targets a distinct buyer need within a shared model.
- The market
- Our initial focus is enterprises adopting consequential AI workflows across complex systems, regions and responsibilities. Our initial priorities include AI agents, governed content, and content and data migration.
- Business model
- The intended model combines modular enterprise software subscriptions with scoped implementation and integration services. Packaging and commercial terms are being developed.
- The thesis
- Reusable policy and evidence across workflows could reduce repeated control work and make greater autonomy easier to govern. This is a proposition to validate with customers.
Progress & validation
Progress grounded in evidence.
01Prototype
A local governed translation prototype explores external policy, validation, human review and linked evidence.
02Next validation
Test the control model in a defined enterprise workflow against agreed operational acceptance criteria.
03Commercial evidence
Customer, revenue and deployment milestones will be shared when verified and approved for disclosure.
Long-term vision
Greater autonomy. Enduring human agency.
A future where AI takes on more operational responsibility and human work grows in judgement, creativity, relationships and stewardship.
We welcome conversations with investors who understand enterprise infrastructure, responsible adoption and the work required to move from prototype to dependable operation.
